The St. Tammany Library Foundation welcomes members who share its mission. Members will receive updates on the activities the Foundation sponsors and can vote in its annual meeting in September of each calendar year.
Members can take pride in helping the Foundation meet the following goals:
Expansion of the Library’s eBook collection, audio book collections, and electronic databases;
Enhance the Library’s printed collections;
Sponsorship of prominent author and artists visits to our community;
Increased number and scope of computer classes for patrons;
More services directed to family literacy, greater access to the disabled, English language instruction for recent immigrants;
Foreign language classes;
Funding of enhancements for the new Madisonville Branch;
Funding of special projects and programs for our community;
Planning of a Capital Campaign for the future growth of the St. Tammany Parish Library.All contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible.
